- To draw attention to the power of music and those who deal with it as forces shaping and influencing the education and cultural life in Israel, and to be a supportive and encouraging environment for talented young performers who will see and find their future in this country.
- To be a home for the activities of Israeli musicians, whether from here or those based abroad.
