- Senior Israeli teachers from the leading academies in Israel and abroad, educate a select group of trainees in the program “Musicians performing and teaching”.
- The program’s trainees are graduates of music academies, in performance and teaching skills.
- The program takes five intensive study weeks, during one year, on a residential basis, are held in population centers located in Israel’s geographic periphery, presented by leading Israeli musicians, most of whom are living and working abroad. Included are master classes, private lessons, and practical experience in teaching, chamber music, and concerts.
- Graduates of the year’s training program commit to teaching and conducting cultural and social activities in outlying communities, and will benefit from professional and financial support.
